WAK has ten architects and a number of associates that join us on a per project basis. An accountant is responsible for all financial matters.
WAK primarily works on properties located in the Stockholm region: Housing, Retail and Business Office projects. For our clients we build new, refurbish and transform buildings.
WAK may take architecture, interior designers and landscaping projects. We have extensive knowledge of real estate law. We also manage our own furniture and carpentry workshop.
Our projects are worked out with Auto-Cad both in 2-D and 3-D. Our presentations are in 3-D Studio Viz and Photoshop among other softwares. All projects we make following ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 rules.
We can also provide Paris Beaux-Arts watercolored or tinted drawings.
WAK co-owns “Praktiserande Arkitekter i Samverkan” (PAR) with 27 other firms. Our mutual goals are to exchange skills and to establish a knowledge bank, which we can use to complement project-specific skills, and to educate our staffs. PAR wants to be certified ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environment). PAR has published an environmental manual for architects and builders, to make better houses for next generations!
WAK is a service oriented firm. Our office is a technical consultant company. We believe that providing good services to our clients mean respecting schedules, and estimates.
